Wash Your Hands

Removing the Bandage


Your tattoo artist will cover the area with a bandage. Leave it on for the recommended time, usually between a few hours and up to 24 hours. This helps protect your fresh ink.


Cleaning the Tattoo


After removing the bandage, gently wash your tattoo with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Use only your hands—avoid sponges or washcloths that might irritate the skin.


Drying Your Tattoo


Pat the area gently with a clean paper towel. Remember, don’t rub or scrape the skin. This can cause irritation and affect the healing process.


Applying Healing Cream
